Sometimes an opportunity for a musical performance comes up quickly – hence the name “pop-up” – and we’ll be presenting world musician and percussionist Samuel Nalangira in front of V&A Bootery from 2:00 – 4:00 PM on Friday, November 6.
About the Artist
A native of Uganda, East Africa, Samuel is a folk/world musician, dancer and choreographer who has been performing since his childhood and teaching since age 15. He has toured across Europe, United States, Canada and Asia performing and leading workshops in schools, at festivals, and in community centers.
As with all events these days, we’ll ask folks use social distancing and to please wear masks.
