The Ripple Effect Live Event

The Kalamazoo Friends of Poetry will be reading their original works created for The Ripple Effect project live at the Kalamazoo Valley Museum on Saturday, August 30 at 1:00 PM! The original music created for the exhibit will also be played at the event.

The Ripple Effect is a collaboration between the Connecting Chords Music Festival and the Friends of Poetry. Poets and area musicians add depth and context to the items from the museum’s historical advertising exhibit which inspired their musings and reflections. Our artists take you on these journeys and let their works create a ripple effect that inspires you to engage in your own musings inspired by this exhibit.
